A newly released eMarketer report has shown that Facebook now has more mom profiles than it ever has before, and that the trend for mothers to continue registering with the social media platform is likely to continue in the same upward direction. A recent study performed by IBM has shown that marketing heads are overwhelmed by the rising quantity of customer data offered by social media sites such as Twitter and Facebook, and while they acknowledge the high potential of social marketing, they do not feel that they are adequately capable of harnessing this potential.
